I hope you are well and your amazing team is recovering from helping us out all weekend. I wanted to reach out and say a massive thank you for all of your assistance both Saturday and Sunday, it certainly wouldn’t have been as big of a success without you and your amazing team. Their diligence in set up and pack down, along with helping staff knew what to do with the equipment, especially as we are hopeless this that sort of thing, was so appreciated. All equipment worked perfectly and so many of our participants raved about how amazing the ground set up was, and your facilities were such a huge part in ensuring the day had everything required.  

We are so extremely appreciative of your involvement in the day and your team was so extremely helpful, especially as I’m sure my colleagues were very stressed on the Saturday. Thank you again for your assistance and diligence with this event as it definitely would not have run as smoothly without your help. We cannot wait to be able to collaborate again in the future.
