Conditions of Hire

Super Safe Hire Group (SSHG) is a hire business providing builders temporary/site toilets, function toilets, trailer toilets, corporate/function toilet blocks, temporary site fencing and power poles, driveway cross overs, tarpaulins and rubbish cages as well as site offices and lunch rooms to the building industry, corporate events and private functions.

SSHG is also licenced to provide a pump and clean service for temporary toilets and site amenities as well as a pumping service for septic tanks.

SSHG also hires and installs fall protection systems including lightweight and heavy duty scaffolding, hand rail systems, walkway platforms and mobile tower systems.

The SSHG also hires and delivers skip waste bins and provides waste management services through its eco recycling yard.

By agreeing to hire any of these products from Super Safe Hire the hirer agrees to abide by the full Hire Agreement – Terms and Agreement as provided with the initial hire confirmation email received.

Insurance available through Super Safe Hire

As per our Terms and Conditions of Hire, the hirer is fully responsible for any damage or loss of any product hired from Super Safe Hire whilst that product is on/at the hirers’ site.

Insurance is available for all hire contracts at an extra cost of 8% (Inc GST) of the total hire cost.

Insurance will cover all REPAIRABLE DAMAGE only.

There is no insurance available to cover the full replacement of a damaged or stolen item.[/dropshadowbox]

Payment for products/service provided

No stock (or service provided) is to leave Dunnys R Us / Super Safe Scaffold premises without the appropriate payment made or paperwork (charged to an approved account) done first.

Dunnys R Us / Super Safe Scaffold does not permit goods to be delivered on a COD, cash on delivery sale.
If a customer does not have an approved trading account with Dunnys R Us / Super Safe Scaffold and wishes to have goods delivered then those goods must first be paid for in cash, with an approved cheque or with a credit/debit card prior to the delivery taking place.

A client may only be offered the opportunity of opening a 30 day trading account after an approved six month period of trading, unless prior approval for a trading account has been granted by senior management.

All new credit accounts opened with Dunnys R Us / Super Safe Scaffold are done so on a strict 30 day basis.

Credit Application Form

The collection of the information used for the request of a trading account must be made on an official Dunnys R Us / Super Safe Scaffold credit application form to provide the relevant information needed to make an informed decision as to whether to extend credit facilities.

All required information must be filled out (in full) on the account application form to ensure the right decision can be made

That information will include:-

  • Applicant’s details – trading name, partnership, sole trader
  • Company details – if applicant is owned by a company
  • Directors – full names and addresses and private details
  • Business details – including banking details, ABN etc.
  • Trade references – at least 3
  • Credit facility required – anticipated monthly trading
  • Acknowledgement of terms of credit
  • Directors undertaking
  • Notice of disclosure
  • Commercial credit agreement
